Physical Therapist - Louisville (Central) - ONLY 1 HOUR
PER DAY WORK FOR 5 DAYS A WEEK.

$60/hour
Schedule:
Part-time — 1 hour per day, 5 days per week (5 hours/week) Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide part-time treatment services at our Central Louisville location. This role is ideal for a PT looking for a flexible, low-commitment schedule while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as clinically indicated Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers as needed Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and facility policies Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a consistent daily schedule Schedule Details Monday-Friday 1 hour of scheduled patient care per day Flexible start time (to be coordinated with facility/team) Compensation $60 per hour Approximate weekly earnings: $300 (based on 5 hours/week)
