A licensed Physical Therapist responsible for providing one-on-one geriatric physical therapy services in patients' homes and senior living communities. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, and educating patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence.Key Responsibilities:
