Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current PT licensure in Kentucky, or eligibility to obtain before start Previous experience in hospital or outpatient settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Ability to design effective, functional treatment programs tailored to patient needs Effective communication with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement, modify, and document therapy interventions to promote return to community activities Provide education to patients, families, students, and colleagues Maintain compliance with all clinic policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines Foster a culture of safety for both patients and staff, focusing on consistent use of safe practices and reporting of hazards Participate in clinical performance improvement and continuing education efforts Guide and mentor students as part of the clinic's educational program
