Pay:

$55.00 - $59.00 per hour based on experience

Type:

Three-month contract

Schedule:

32 hours per week guaranteed, 8:00AM - 4:30PM M-F

Notes:

This position will cover Shelby county, eastern Jefferson county, Spencer county

Primary Responsibilities:

• OASIS Assessments for Home Health patients
• Development of plan of care
• Physical therapy treatment in patients home
• Supervision of physical therapy assistants
• Electronic charting

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist License in KY
• Home Health and OASIS experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Why work for Adecco?
