Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to independently evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care while supporting patient satisfaction, access to care, and program development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills Proficiency with computers and healthcare software applications Ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and schedules
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy services and monitor patient progress toward goals Modify treatment plans as needed based on patient response Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Meet productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction standards Assist with program development and service enhancement initiatives Provide patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
