We provide cardiopulmonary care, ventilator and respiratory care, complex wound care, rehabilitation therapies, addiction medicine program, geriatric psychiatry program, multidisciplinary pain program, and outpatient counseling program. The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, organizes, and administers physical therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times. The physical therapist maintains informative, accurate, and timely documentation and records management and works collaboratively with all disciplines adhere to the professional standards of practice guidelines and code of ethics as set forth by the state board of physical therapy.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Louisiana State License as a Physical Therapist and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the applicable State Licensing Board Two years of experience, long term acute care and rehabilitation experience is preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and written communications skills (T123)
