What Makes This Role Different 1-on-1 patient care (no double booking) 45-60 minute sessions No pressure-driven productivity quotas Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends required Ability to focus on clinical decision-making and outcomes Clinical Approach Our model emphasizes: Movement-based and performance-driven rehab Individualized patient care (not protocol-driven) Long-term outcomes—not just symptom relief We treat a diverse population—from older adults to active individuals and athletes—allowing for a well-rounded and engaging caseload. Who This Is For This role is a strong fit for a PT who: Is frustrated with high patient volume or double-booking Wants more time with each patient Values autonomy and clinical reasoning Is interested in performance-based rehab Mentorship & Collaboration While this role supports autonomy, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with Dr. Kiley O'Neill, bringing nearly a decade of outpatient experience in this setting.
