What You Will Do Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations. Assess movement dysfunctions, impairments, functional limitations, and patient goals. Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient needs. Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy interventions across a variety of patient populations. Progress exercises, activities, and treatment strategies based on patient response and measurable outcomes. Educate patients and families about recovery, movement, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow all clinical compliance standards. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinical team members to support continuity of care. Help patients improve mobility, independence, confidence, and overall quality of life.
