Manage a caseload independently, supporting a diverse patient demographic including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, trauma, orthopedic surgeries, and more Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans Provide outpatient, inpatient rehab, and skilled nursing care aligned with patient needs Utilize EMR systems (Meditech, Wellsky) to document and track patient progress Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols Support a variety of diagnoses in orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex patients Attend general hospital and departmental orientations, with a full caseload expected by the end of the first weekWhat You Need:
