Job Description

Building Futures Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role involves evaluating and treating pediatric patients, developing individualized therapy plans, and supporting families throughout the therapeutic process. About Us:
Founded in 2005, Building Futures offers holistic pediatric therapy in a warm, home-like environment designed to make therapy fun and effective. With three locations in Ruston, Monroe, and West Monroe , we serve children and their families through expert P hysical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, educators, and families Document patient care in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards Educate families and caregivers on home exercises and ongoing care

What You Bring:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Louisiana Physical Therapy License Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively A proactive, team-oriented mindset Why Work With Us? Pay:
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
