The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic care to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function.

06/01/2026 Requirements Active Physical Therapist license Minimum relevant clinical experience BLS certification preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or acute care settings preferred Responsibilities Evaluate patients and assess physical conditions and mobility limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on recovery and injury prevention Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards

Pay:

$50.00 - $59.00 per hour
