The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of physiotherapy practices, with a focus on outpatient care settings. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Your expertise in patient care, anatomy, and physiology will be essential in delivering high-quality rehabilitative services across diverse patient populations. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional limitations. Develop individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based physiotherapy techniques tailored to each patient's needs. Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to promote recovery. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and transition patients to home or community care settings. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes within electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards in outpatient clinics or hospital outpatient departments.
Qualifications Education:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (New graduates are welcome!).
Licensure:
Active Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Communication:
