Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current BLS Serves as a clinical resource for rehabilitation staff in a focused area of clinical expertise; plans and conducts treatment programs for patients. Assists management in the planning, development, organization and supervision of the specified clinical specialty area.

Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References:
