Building team camaraderie with our interprofessional team both in and out of the clinic. •Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, movement patterns, and functional limitations. Diagnose musculoskeletal and movement-related issues, crafting personalized, multi-modal treatment plans. Employ manual therapies, exercises, movement retraining, and complementary approaches (e.g., acupuncture, massage) to address pain, restore function, and prevent injury. Track patient progress meticulously and adjust plans as recovery progresses. Educate and empower patients (and their families) throughout the recovery journey. Collaborate closely with VCM's interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Massachusetts. CPR and First Aid certification. Orthopedic experience or interest required. Why Apply?
