You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required to start the position. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a patient caseload consistent with a target of approximately 12 patients per day. Willingness to participate in mentoring and continuing education activities.
Compensation and Incentives:
Base starting compensation listed as competitive and commensurate with experience. Sign-on options include a structured bonus up to the equivalent of $20,000 student loan repayment distributed over four years; if no student loan obligation, option for cash bonus. Additional bonus structures available for Physical Therapists. Joint-venture ownership opportunity available to partner with the franchise model for clinicians interested in business ownership.
