What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with children and adolescents, with school-based experience preferred
- Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants is preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

What You'll Do:
Provide Therapy Services:
- Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services that support student mobility, participation, and independence
Supervise PTAs:
- Provide oversight, guidance, and support to Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state and professional practice standards
Collaborate:
- Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and educational goals
Support Student Growth:
- Develop and implement treatment plans that help students achieve meaningful progress
Maintain Documentation:
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner At
