No weekend rotation Job Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Holyoke, MA. This is a full-time mobile outpatient position with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekend rotation. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and create treatment plans. Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs. Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans. Educate patients on exercises and home programs. Complete patient documentation accurately and on time. Provide quality, patient-focused care. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Massachusetts PT license . Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently. Previous outpatient experience preferred.
