Job Description
Part-Time Physical Therapist | Approximately 8 Hours/Week | Growth Potential We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide 1-on-1 outpatient care within a senior living community in Marlborough, MA . This position currently offers approximately 8 hours per week , with an established patient caseload and the opportunity for additional hours as the community-based caseload grows. Per-unit compensation equivalent to $55 for a typical 1-hour treatment session All patients are treated on-site Approximately 8 hours/week to start with potential to grow No weekends This is not traditional home health . All care is delivered within one senior living community, allowing you to treat patients in one location without driving between homes or facilities. You will provide outpatient-style care in a lower-volume environment focused on individualized patient care. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy treatments within the senior living community Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Reassess patients and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate Communicate with patients, families, and the care team Complete documentation using a streamlined EMR system Build positive relationships with residents and community staff Contribute to the continued growth and integration of outpatient therapy services within the community You will begin with an existing patient caseload , allowing you to start treating patients immediately. As additional residents are referred for therapy, there is an opportunity to increase your weekly hours and grow your caseload.
