Jobs › Marlborough, MA › Physical Therapist Athena Health Care Systems Physical Therapist Marlborough, MA Apply Physical Therapist - Marlborough up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available!• We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Full-time, part-time, and per diem openings up to $60 an hour with weekly pay. About the
Position:
Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload Participate in the clinical team process and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers, and supervise therapy assistants and students Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis and document activities according to company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with patients, residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and care
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to articulate and comprehend the English language Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
