We are growing and looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team, either part-time or full-time. The Role As a Physical Therapist at Reform PT, you will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload spanning musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. You will have the autonomy to develop individualized treatment plans while working within a supportive environment. All sessions are 1:1 and 40 minutes in length — roughly 12 patients in an 8-hour day, 15 in a 10-hour day — giving you real time to connect with and treat each patient. Responsibilities Evaluate new patients and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans Deliver skilled PT interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and functional training Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Prompt EMR in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements Communicate with referring physicians and specialists as needed Educate patients and families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from an accredited program Current Massachusetts PT license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date) Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience preferred Strong manual therapy and patient education skills Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply What We Offer We know great clinicians have options. Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 annually (full-time); hourly rate commensurate with experience (part-time) Health insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (full-time employees) CEU allowance: Continuing education stipend provided every two years — aligned with the Massachusetts requirement of 20 CEU hours per licensure renewal cycle Flexible scheduling: We will build a schedule that works for your life, whether part-time or full-time
