1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring an active Massachusetts PT license, 1 year of travel experience, and 1 year of home care experience. Details Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence across the North Region, including Arlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, West Medford, Melrose, and Somerville Patient population ranges from birth to over 100 years old with physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities Schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 13-week assignment length Requires ability to travel to patient cases as assigned Uses Epic for charting Requirements Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required; license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of travel assignment experience required Minimum 1 year of home care experience required AHA-issued certifications only Epic charting experience required Additional Information Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify needs and coordinate care Maintain thorough and timely electronic documentation in accordance with agency policies and standards of practice Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed Local candidates permanently residing within 60 miles of Boston are accepted at a reduced rate First-time travelers are not eligible due to required prior travel experience
