- No overlapping or double booking, no treatments by aides
- Our goal is for you to evaluate and follow patients through their entire course of care which makes for satisfying outcomes for both PT and patient We have a varied patient population
- Primarily orthopedic and sports medicine based
- We treat elementary age all the way to the elderly. If you have a niche population, we can accommodate you.
- We have access to a pool to offer Aquatic Therapy for those patients that will benefit We stay up-to-date with the most current treatment trends while still providing evidence-based care
- We have added in recent years: o Enovis Class IV Laser o Blood Flow Restriction training o Dry Needling o Blazepod system for improved balance and reaction time for high-level athletes and seniors o Normatec compression therapy boots for patient care as appropriate or athlete recovery.
- Management is receptive to staff input on new and updated equipment to make your job easier and get the outcomes you want with your patients Our clinic is a goldmine for learning
- Our staff is laid back and always open and willing to share and learn from each other o The staff averages over 16 years of experience and averages almost 8 years of tenure here
- We offer $2,500 in continuing education reimbursement to be used on whatever topics interest you. Feel free to broaden your horizons or niche down as you please.
- New employees are offered mentorship from a current staff member to ease transition to the team We have an on-site Wellness Center/Gym
- Fully equipped with all your fitness/PT needs o Leg press o Squat rack, barbells, benches o Cardio equipment (TM, concept 2 rower, elliptical, bikes) o Turf and sled
