ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Norwood and Norfolk clinics. Our clinics are located just steps from the commuter rail in walkable, vibrant towns. We maintain a friendly, collaborative workplace where turnover is low and career advancement is encouraged. Whether your goal is to become a clinical expert, mentor, or clinic director, we'll support your growth. The ideal candidate is positive, team-oriented, and eager to learn. You'll treat a diverse adult population with a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions using techniques such as manual therapy, postural restoration, and progressive resistance training. You'll have access to decompression tables, balance trainers, and other modern tools, all in a well-equipped, 3,000 sq. ft. facility. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluate and treat patients 1:1 Document progress and adapt plans of care Collaborate with referring providers Participate in team meetings and mentorship sessions
