As a Part-Time Physical Therapist in our Adult Service Day Habilitation Center , you'll work alongside a dedicated team to enhance adults independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.
Your Role:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support individuals progress.
- Design and implement functional activities that address individuals' occupational therapy needs.
- Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
- Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Program Directors, Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists.
What You Need:
