At ProForm Physical Therapy, we are growing and looking to add another physical therapist to our team. About ProForm Physical Therapy Founded in 2016, ProForm Physical Therapy is a cash-based, out-of-network practice located in Salisbury, MA. We specialize in helping active adults, athletes, runners, lifters, and fitness enthusiasts overcome pain and improve performance. Our model allows therapists to spend a full 60 minutes one-on-one with every patient, providing the time and attention necessary to deliver exceptional outcomes. What Makes This Position Different? 60-minute one-on-one treatment sessions No double-booking No aides or techs Freedom to treat the way you were trained Work with motivated patients who value their care Opportunity to blend rehabilitation and performance training Supportive team environment focused on growth and development Access to advanced treatment and recovery tools Responsibilities Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients Develop individualized treatment plans Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and movement analysis Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term health Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience Maintain timely and accurate documentation Ideal Candidate Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts) Passionate about working with active adults, athletes, and fitness-minded individuals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Growth-minded and motivated to continually improve Comfortable prescribing strength and conditioning principles Values patient outcomes over patient volume Preferred (But Not Required) CSCS, CFSC or similar certifications Experience with runners, athletes, barbell athletes, or sports performance Manual therapy experience Dry needling certification Benefits Competitive salary Continuing education allowance Mentorship opportunities Paid time off Retirement plan options Professional growth opportunities About Our Team At ProForm, we believe physical therapy should bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.
