Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing Experience in outpatient and hospital therapy settings preferred Excellent clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Strong organizational and documentation capabilities Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific services efficiently Commitment to personal and team safety, aligning with organizational safety standards Dedication to ongoing professional growth, including completion of continuing education requirements Upholds patient and organizational confidentiality at all timesCore Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Design functional therapy programs to support safe, effective community reintegration Document assessments, treatment goals, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory guidelines Educate patients, families, and colleagues on therapy goals and best practices Actively participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives Support student involvement as assigned, fostering a productive learning environment Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and professional codes of conductBenefits & Perks:
