Job Description

Pediatric Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!) We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Waltham, MA . Whether you're an experienced pediatric therapist or a new graduate ready to launch your career , this opportunity offers exceptional mentorship, professional development, and exposure to a wide variety of pediatric patient populations. No pelvic floor experience is required. Therapists interested in developing specialized skills in pediatric pelvic health will have the opportunity to receive additional training and mentorship. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient position Primary location: Waltham, MA Initial training at a nearby main campus Free onsite parking Regular Saturday coverage after orientation Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship New graduates encouraged to apply Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, orthopedic, neurological, and other rehabilitation needs. Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve functional goals. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Complete accurate documentation in accordance with department standards.
