What You'll Do:
Create and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life. Provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and home exercises. Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.What You'll Need:
