You will work closely with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing skilled care, education, encouragement, and support while fostering a positive and motivating treatment environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically skilled, patient-focused, and thrives in both independent and collaborative settings. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall wellness. Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and insurance requirements. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment. Foster a positive patient experience through exceptional communication, encouragement, and compassionate care. Qualifications Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
