What You'll Do:

Administer evidence-based, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of a Physical Therapist. Support patient rehabilitation through manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, ambulation, and use of supportive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to supervising PT. Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers. Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records per regulatory guidelines. Support discharge planning and participate in team meetings and trainings. Supervise and support students under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
