Job Description

Job description Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting Premier Health & Safety's mission to deliver high-quality health and safety training and care. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions, with a strong emphasis on functional mobility, pain reduction, and safe return to work and daily activities. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapies including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate. Collaboration is central to this position: you will work closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and health and safety trainers to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, treatment outcomes, and discharge plans must be timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and payer requirements. As part of an organization focused on health and safety, you will also contribute to employee and client education by teaching proper body mechanics, ergonomics, injury prevention, and safe workplace practices, occasionally participating in or supporting training sessions and workshops. You will mentor and guide support staff such as physical therapist assistants and aides, ensuring care is delivered consistently and safely. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth, specialization, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting, adaptable to both on-site patient care and potential hybrid responsibilities that may include telehealth consultations, virtual follow-ups, and coordination with remote teams. We value clinicians who demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, clear communication, cultural competence, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and community service. Premiere Healthcare Staffing provides a supportive culture that emphasizes excellence, compliance, and safety, empowering Physical Therapists to enhance their skills while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and workplace health.
