Therapy - Physical Therapist

- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care and clinical standards
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
- Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements prior to assignment start Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
