Role:

Physical Therapist in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans. Deliver effective physical therapy to facilitate patient recovery and improve physical abilities. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and ongoing wellness. Contribute to a patient-centered approach that emphasizes individualized, sustainable recovery solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with relevant credentials. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience. For degrees earned outside the U.S., degree evaluation confirming U.S. equivalency.
