Home Health Physical Therapists:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program.

Licensure:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Maryland.

Experience:

Minimum of [2] years of physical therapy experience (Home Health experience preferred).

Certifications:

Current BLS Certification.

Health Compliance:

COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal communication, dexterity, and knowledge of federal/state home health regulations.
