Company Overview CAM Physical Therapy has been providing outpatient and workers' comp rehab across Maryland since 2003. We're a team of PTs, PTAs, and OTs who take patient care seriously — and we're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Hyattsville clinic. New graduates are welcome . Salary:

$85,000 - $100,000 per year Sign-On /

SCHEDULE

Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday (no weekends) Flexible shift options: 8, 10, 12 hours

Caseload:

12 patients per 8-hour day

WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll see a minimum of 12 patients per 8-hour shift, with a team-based care model where PTAs and OTs are active partners in treatment. We use SPRY, an AI-powered EMR built specifically for physical therapy, which cuts documentation time significantly — most of our therapists finish their notes

For new grads: You'll be paired with experienced clinicians and go through a structured mentorship program as you build your caseload and confidence. For experienced

There are pathways to Senior PT and Clinic Manager roles as the practice continues to grow across our 6 Maryland locations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on care — manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, and the care team on patient cases Document patient progress and treatment outcomes Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program Maryland PT license, or eligibility for licensure (new grads welcome) Current CPR certification Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach Ability to work as part of a collaborative clinical team Outpatient or workers' comp experience is a plus, but not required.
