Therapy - Physical Therapist

- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Must obtain a permanent state license promptly upon assignment start if holding a compact license Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
