Physical Therapist

Job TitlePhysical TherapistLocationSalisbury, MD | OutpatientSchedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 5×8-hour shifts (40 hrs/week)Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients across a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, rotator cuff injuries, joint replacements, and more
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for conditions such as ACL tears, disc herniation, osteoarthritis, plantar ftis, and postural dysfunction
  • Provide post-operative care for patients recovering from procedures including rotator cuff repair and total joint replacement
  • Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
  • Collaborate with PTA support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care
    Required Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland or eligibility to obtain
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Ability to work a full-time, Monday-Friday day shift schedule
    Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience treating orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions across adult and geriatric populations
  • Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
