- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Must obtain a permanent Maryland state license; compact licensure alone is not sufficient for long-term assignment eligibility Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
