Candidates must be licensed Physical Therapists with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Shanel Green NovaCare Rehabilitation 610-223-5944 Cell ssgreen@selectmedical.com Responsibilities Manage operations of at least two therapy centers and assure efficient caseload management patient scheduling. Implement local market business plan, including company objectives and initiatives. Assist in developing fiscal budets and strategic plans for assigned centers. Ensure profitiability and justify monthly profit and loss statement negative variance for your areas of responsibility. Help develop center-specific marketing/sales plans for traditional referrals. Ensure appropriate productivity and staffing levels and quality of care. Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager. . Conduct staff orientation and training, and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans. Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings, college relations' activities and patient care skills development opportunities). Recommend staff for recognition. Conduct routine quality assurance and corporate compliance audits in assigned centers. Qualifications
B.A./B.S.
