Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our unique team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic practices and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality individualized patient care. This role involves working with diverse populations in various settings such as the office, gym space or pools. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate recovery. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Be willing to work in different settings and environments such as gym space, outside in nature and in the pools. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physical therapy techniques. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physical therapy.
Pay:
From $50.00 per hour
