This clinic offers a patient-centered model where therapists work one-on-one with patients for the entire treatment session. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Identify and achieve patient-specific rehabilitation goals Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions Improve patient function, mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Promote healthy lifestyles and injury prevention strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to professional growth and continuing education CPR Certification preferred
