Freeport & Topsham, Maine Sign-On Bonus + Student Loan Reimbursement Available An established and highly regarded outpatient physical therapy practice in Freeport, Maine is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join its growing team. This clinic offers a patient-centered model where therapists work one-on-one with patients for the entire treatment session. The focus is on delivering high-quality care, building meaningful patient relationships, and achieving exceptional clinical outcomes without excessive productivity demands. The practice specializes in hands-on manual therapy and functional movement-based rehabilitation, providing therapists with the time, resources, and support needed to deliver individualized care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Identify and achieve patient-specific rehabilitation goals Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions Improve patient function, mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Promote healthy lifestyles and injury prevention strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to professional growth and continuing education CPR Certification preferred
