Job Description
Join a Clinic Where Rehabilitation Meets Performance! Livevital Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our unique outpatient orthopedic practice integrated within a fully equipped fitness and training facility. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse population ranging from post-operative patients and individuals recovering from injury to active adults, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. If you enjoy combining evidence-based rehabilitation with functional training and wellness, this is an excellent opportunity to practice in an engaging, gym-based environment. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions. Design progressive rehabilitation programs that transition patients from recovery to full function and performance. Collaborate with fitness professionals, trainers, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and long-term wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
