Job Summary Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics & Performance Training Help Patients Recover. Return Stronger. Perform Better. Are you a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys treating orthopedic conditions while helping patients return to the activities and sports they love? We're looking for a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice with an integrated performance training gym. Our clinic offers a unique environment where rehabilitation and performance go hand in hand. You'll work with a diverse patient population—from post-operative and orthopedic patients to athletes and active adults—using evidence-based care in a collaborative, supportive setting. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related injuries. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving performance. Utilize our fully equipped performance training gym to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to activity. Collaborate with PT Aides and performance training staff to provide exceptional patient care. Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and long-term wellness. Maintain timely, accurate documentation and participate in collaborative clinical discussions. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure). Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Experience in orthopedic or sports physical therapy is preferred but new graduates with a strong orthopedic interest are encouraged to apply.
