We blend techniques such as massage therapy, active-assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to support pain relief, injury prevention, performance, and long-term wellness. Our members partner with a Reach Specialist to create customized bodywork plans that improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall balance.   • For our clients, our staff, and our community About the Position As a Reach Bodywork Specialist , you'll work one-on-one with members to create personalized bodywork plans aligned with their goals.
You'll apply your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy to help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and function at their best. We're looking for someone who is professional, kind, and approachable—a team player who takes pride in helping others succeed. What You'll Do Lead one-on-one bodywork sessions in our open-room environment Apply Reach techniques including active-assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and other manual modalities Deliver thoughtful, personalized care to every client Educate members on movement and stretching for long-term wellness Motivate and engage clients to encourage progress and retention Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, high-energy studio culture Uphold professional, ethical, and client-centered standards at all times Qualifications Current Michigan license in Massage Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Athletic Training Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Passion for helping others feel and perform their best Ability to stand, move, and perform manual techniques throughout the day Reliable transportation to and from the studio Weekend availability preferred Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Flexible shifts available during studio hours:
Mon-Thurs:
8 AM-7
PM Fri:
9 AM-5
PM Sat:
