We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist in Michigan City, Indiana . What You Will Do Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations Assess movement, strength, mobility, balance, pain, and functional limitations Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care Establish clear, measurable, and meaningful treatment goals Provide skilled Physical Therapy for orthopedic, post-operative, sports, neurologic, vestibular, and balance conditions Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, patient education, and other appropriate interventions Progress treatment plans based on objective findings and patient response Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, wellness, and injury prevention Complete accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR Monitor patient progress and communicate recommendations to referring providers Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals Supervise and appropriately delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation technicians Maintain appropriate productivity while delivering individualized care Create a positive and encouraging patient experience Maintain current licensure and complete required continuing education Participate in community outreach, physician relationship development, or marketing events as desired Opportunities Beyond Direct Patient Care As Results Physical Therapy continues to grow, you may have opportunities to: Develop a specialty area Pursue advanced certifications Participate in community outreach Build relationships with referring physicians Support clinic marketing initiatives Mentor developing team members Contribute ideas that improve the patient experience Take on leadership responsibilities Help shape the continued growth of the practice Your career can continue developing as your interests, strengths, and professional goals evolve. What We Are Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent Physical Therapy education Current Indiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and collaborative approach Interest in professional development and continued learning Desire to contribute to a positive clinic culture Interest in developing orthopedic manual therapy and exercise progression skills Experience or interest in manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, or specialty certification is valuable but is not required.
