Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and documenting progress accurately in accordance with healthcare standards. Duties Deliver outpatient physical therapy services tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations. Develop and implement effective treatment plans aimed at improving patient outcomes. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care plans and optimize treatment effectiveness. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment in accordance with safety protocols. Experience Prior outpatient physical therapy experience is required. Proven ability to perform detailed physical therapy documentation accurately and efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse patients. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support patients throughout their recovery process. Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices within outpatient settings.
Pay:
$41.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
