Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Lansing, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading a high-performing team. As Clinic Director, you will combine hands-on patient treatment with operational leadership, staff development, and business growth initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic healthcare professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards. Leadership & Operations Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and performance. Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff. Foster a positive, patient-centered culture focused on quality care. Monitor clinic productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members. Business Development Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations. Promote clinic services and participate in local marketing initiatives. Identify opportunities to expand patient access and grow clinic volume. Qualifications Required Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Previous Clinic Director, Center Manager, or leadership experience. Experience with budget management and clinic operations. Board Certification or advanced clinical specialization.
