Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist in Escanaba, Michigan! This role is on-site / in-person in a home health and hospice setting. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

13-week contract (05/21/2026•08/09/2026), with possibility of extension
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 8:00 AM•4:30 PM (clinicians self-schedule within office hours)
Weekly Guarantee:
32 hours

Escanaba, MI 49829
Pay:
$56 to $59 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Physical Therapy admissions, start of care visits, add-on evaluations, reassessments, and discharges Develop individualized plans of care for home health patients Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, endurance, pain management, and functional status Supervise and collaborate with PTAs in patient care delivery Participate in weekly case conferences and monthly staff meetings Document care and patient progress in alignment with home health standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care Travel within assigned coverage areas across all of Delta County and portions of Dickinson and Menominee Counties (within ~1-hour radius of Escanaba)
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan required Home Health experience required Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) preferred Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills Wound care or lymphedema certification a plus Ability to follow directions, use GPS, and travel efficiently between visits Why work for Adecco ? Pay Details:
$56.00 to $59.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
