This position will primarily serve areas in
Genesee County:
Areas - Flint, Grand Blanc, Burton, Davison, Swartz Creek, Flushing, Fenton, Clio, Montrose, and etc.
Patient-Centered Consideration:
This role involves working with a patient population that may include individuals who have a preference for a female clinician for personal care. We encourage applicants who are comfortable supporting these needs to apply.
In This Role, You Will:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and disease management Recommend and train patients on assistive devices to enhance function and prevent injury Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards You're a
