Job Description

Horizon Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Flint, MI. We're hiring a full-time Physical Therapist who wants real autonomy, strong mentorship, and a say in how care is delivered — in a practice run by clinicians, not administrators. Why Horizon

  • Therapist-owned culture where your clinical judgment shapes the practice What you'll do Evaluate patients and build individualized plans of care, deliver skilled manual therapy and exercise interventions, educate patients toward long-term independence, document to state and payer standards, and collaborate with our PT, PTA, and support team. What we're looking for
  • DPT (or BPT/MPT) from an accredited program
  • Michigan PT license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Foundation in outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal care
  • Strong communication and patient-education skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice A plus, not required: experience or interest in MDT, HVLA, dry needling, or sports rehab, and an interest in growing into mentorship or lead responsibilities over time.
